One Hot Minute: Wearing A Stretchy Wrap
Now that we have the basics on positioning and getting your stretchy wrap setup it is time to wear that baby!
Many of the common issues people have with their stretchy wraps involves getting the fabric evenly spread across their body and baby's body. Fabric bunched together under the baby's legs adds pressure, creating the red marks on their legs, and occassionally discomfort for the baby. Starting with spread fabric including under baby's legs can prevent those issues. The other comes from bunched fabric on the wearer's body which we saw in the previous video.
Now it should be said that yes, I am working with a very compliant baby who does not complain and stays exactly where I left it. ...

Can you use this same technique for an older baby/toddler?
Yes! You can absolutely wear an older baby or toddler in the same way. Older babies can also be worn on your back. Check out our Babywearing Positioning video to learn more about when you and your baby are ready to move to back carries.
